By means of its activities executed in the motion control systems sector, HKTM acts pursuant to the aim of creation of the necessary culture and awareness by virtue of the human value and occupational health and safety adopted by it in its path to quality and according to the belief that all work accidents and occupational diseases are preventable. By virtue of this understanding and adoption, we continuously improve ourselves and therefore progress within this framework.

• HKTM agrees and undertakes to take the necessary measures in order to minimize our adverse impacts with respect to environment, occupational health and safety in the course of all kinds of our activities for a sustainable future pursuant to the zero accident principle,
• Comply with the National and International legislation and standards with respect to our activities,
• Prevent arising of occupational diseases and work accidents by creating a safe working environment in the course of our activities,
• Ensure that our Employees, Subcontractors and Visitors will comply with the Occupational Health and Safety rules;
• Eliminate the risks with regard to occupational health and safety by taking measures

beforehand with contribution and participation of our employees.

          Review and update our Occupational Health and Safety aims regularly with intention of sustainable development of our Occupational Health and Safety practices.

          Declare our Occupational Health and Safety Policies to our Employees, Subcontractors and Visitors and all stakeholders and publish it as accessible to all society and relevant institutions.
