We started our journey in 1998 to provide the integration of engineering with art; industry with nature; plant with environment; and technology with life. To understand, develop, direct the motion, as well as to make efforts to bring it under control by taking inspiration from the motion’s nature have become our purpose of foundation.
As an umbrella organization of partner firms specialized in their field of operation that are compatible with our engineering infrastructure, we combine expertise in great projects. Specialized in different motion and control technologies and engaged in multidisciplinary engineering solutions that are held up as an example, we keep on manufacturing in an attempt to become a global center for control technologies of industrial motion.

Bosch Rexroth AG’s operations in Turkey started in a 250 m2 store founded as Hidropar A.Ş. in Karaköy in 1976. The company has been continuing its operations as Bosch Rexroth Otomasyon San. ve Tic. A.Ş. following the merger of Bosch Automation and Mannesmann Rexroth in May 2001. It has 120.000 m2 of area 72.000 m2 of which is closed space including general directorate building in Gebze and mass production factory in Bursa and almost 1000 employees. Offering all services and products required by the industry with its customer specific integrated automation solutions and systems, Bosch Rexroth A.Ş. provides system design mounting and testing, after-sale training and on-site services with its all pre- and after-sale engineering exercises in Gebze. The production of the DS4 and DS3 Pneumatic training kits has also been started and the kits produced here are sent to all over the world and also to Turkey. Mobile hydraulic, agricultural and construction machinery, automotive, iron and steel and industrial machinery, valves and hydraulic pumps used in hydraulic applications of industries such as dams and marine are manufactured in mass production facility in Bursa and more than 90% of the production volume is exported to Europe and world markets. Galata Bridge, Deriner and Sir Dams are some of important projects of Bosch Rexroth in Turkey. Bosch Rexroth also stands out with its after-sales service. Fields of services offered as accredited in Germany are different from each other. Service Department offers 24/7 service in all product groups with the technical assistance of the regional services and dealers.
Since it is an institution of Hareket Kontrol Servis Merkezi HKTM, it completed remarkable jobs during the Service, Urgent and Planned Maintenance processes and by now it is known as a strong Service firm. We provide maintenance services to all industrial companies from all sectors, mainly on heavy industry, mechanics, electric and automation. We provide support for TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) processes of enterprises and take over their maintenance management by making maintenance agreements. Equipment installations as well as pipe manufacturing and installation of hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, water circuits are carried out as turnkey. We provide necessary periodical maintenance and troubleshooting works in industrial areas. Using fast and certified products, we provide services on-site with our service vehicle and perform pipe, hose and fittings replacement.

All gear and variable displacement pump, motor, hydraulic valve (direction, pressure, security, throttling, counter-weight, etc.) bladder hydraulic accumulator and filter elements used in hydraulic systems are available. In order to quickly provide for our customers’ needs, we try to select products in the projects which are in our stock and similar. |

Green Building
Our mission is not just increasing production, but also respecting the environment.
Our goal is to not only increase the production capacity but also build a structure for that is environment friendly. We save 92 mature trees annually by reducing Co2 emissions thanks to electricity energy generated with FV solar panels on our roof. We recycle water used in sinks in reservoirs using grey water treatment.
With its innovative practices which it implemented in its eco-friendly factory with a 6500 m2 space in Gebze Plastic Organized Industrial Zone, by fulfilling the criteria for LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) which is the most prestigious green building certificate with the highest recognition and acceptance level, HKTM became the first factory in its sector and 14th factory in Turkey to receive this certificate in LEED GOLD level with high energy and water efficiency, interior quality, efficient use of materials and resources, eco-friendly and sustainable policies.
