It is the project realized by HKTM in the white goods sector, during the production of the upper tables of washing, dishwashing and drying machines, in the process of bonding chipboard and plastic frame.
As a result of the high production numbers in the white goods sector, bonding processes generally use two-component systems. The stacking time of products is minimized in applications made with a mixture of two chemical materials. The curing time of the two-component material that we use in the upper table bonding project is less than 30 seconds. A product can be taken from the line in 20 seconds.
We offer turnkey solutions by integrating single component (1K), double component (2K) and hot melt (hot melt) systems offered by our brand Graco, of which we are the distributor in Turkey, with 3-axis cartesian robots, 6-axis robots or desktop robots according to the dimensions of the parts to be applied.
