The system was built into the TT Çelikyay factory in 2018. Mechanics, hydraulics, electricity and automation of the system are done by the HKTM staff.

All trials of the system were done in the HKTM factory, before getting installed into the TT Çelikyay factory. It has a specialized system with a separate pump-motor group for cast adjustments as well manual and automatic operation functions that are independent from each other, with each able to press at a force of maximum 200 Tons. All hydraulic products used on the system are REXROTH brand.
