Locking Units

Hydraulic or pneumatic drive keeps the SITEMA Safety Lock open. The Safety Lock is initially not driven in order to prevent dropping the load.
Sensitive Locking
Tightening Process of the Machine and the Plant
Locking units use clasps for accurate locking functions primarily, and also to prevent unwanted movements.
Operation Principle
SITEMA Locking Units, tighten with an infinite variable function without changing the position of the shaft it is attached to. It absorbs axial forces in both directions. It is driven by hydraulic and pneumatic pressure depending on the type. The tightening effect is achieved via spring force or pressure. The standard product range is optimized and approved for special applications such as outdoors.
