Elastic Couplers
Used in the standard electric motor applications. Aluminum, steel and casting alternatives are available. Generally preferred in small or medium scaled torque transfers. It is used to longitudinal connection of the two rotating components of the machine (usually shafts). This was designed to prevent axis offset and absorb shocks that originate from assembling shafts.
